It is going to be a very busy season this year! We are all patiently waiting for the nice warm weather to open our pools, hoping that this will be the end of the snow.
If you need a winter water service, please call to schedule. Also it is very important that you open your pool as soon as it gets warm (and stays warm), to avoid turning pool into a swamp, otherwise it is more work for everyone. On the other hand, if you know that your pool needs any repairs (such as replastering, pipe repairs, electrical issues, equipment replacement, acid wash, leak detection and repair, etc...) it is highly recommended that you open as soon as the cold wave goes! So sometime in March would be ideal, which will give you enough time to repair your pool, and it shall give us time too.
In any case, every customer is our only customer, and we do take care of our customers until their issues are resolved completely, in the good mind set and with our full preparation, no matter how busy we would be!
